VibeHome is committed to providing a fast and reliable shipping experience. We partner with UPS to ensure your "vibes" are delivered securely and promptly to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Timelines

We know you're excited to receive your order! That’s why we streamline our process to get your items to you as quickly as possible:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery Estimate: Once handed over to UPS, your package will typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

    • Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to carrier peak seasons or extreme weather conditions.

2. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number.

  • You can track your package in real-time directly on the UPS Official Website or through our "Track Your Order" page.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions for orders exceeding a certain value. Keep an eye on our announcement bar!

4. Shipping Regions

Currently, we primary focus on delivering within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact us at info@vibehome.us to verify if delivery is available for your specific location.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

VibeHome is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers above all else:

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact the shipment carrier (UPS) to file a claim.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@vibehome.us within 48 hours so we can assist you in investigating the matter with UPS.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
